I have gel batteries for my wife’s wheel chair. I am well over 5 years in each pair. They will not blow up and will not burn down my house. These batteries have been in well over 100 degs f and have survived 0 deg temps. These are medical grade batteries and they survive much abuse.

Definitely did a number on that rod. Hopefully he magnafluxed that crank. Sorry to see you go through the hassle of putting a new head on it just to find out later that you also bent a rod. Been there done that unfortunately. Learned my lesson about measuring for piston projection that day! Good luck with things

Could u guesstimate ur total costs for this trip with RV rental , not airfare.

Dual rear wheel usually sucks in ruts off road. Otherwise, the best choice for a heavy camper.

Bad move. More problems with 12 volt refrigerators. Bad engineering, multiple breaks down, parts unavailability, mobile techs won’t work on them because of call backs. Might work down road but current experience shown 12 volt not there yet. Better use foam cooler and ice than 12 volt.

That's what common sense told me, with far less effort.

This seems to be the issue with electric cars. They do not seem to charge when cold. I live in a place where -40f is a regular occurring issue. The 4 lithium I have has to be brought into my living space and left by the heater overnight before charging. The lead acid. Not agm. But regular lead acid. Can be charged by just the heat produced by the charger. 110v to 12v. It is June 19th. The current temperature is 34°f. The snow is melted. I am seeking a cold weather performance I currently can not have from lithium.

How many people thought he was flexing when he said he “completely rebuilt this myself”? 4:44 😂 I bet he removed and replaced one of two heating elements or sum shit 😂 But I have to give credit where it’s due; this man definitely knows his RV. He is well articulated and well versed in his info/research of his RV. His passion shines. 👍 I can safely say an amateur auto mechanic, I love, but know absolutely zilch, about owning and maintains an RV.

As a kiwi - im glad you enjoyed your trip - and your lucky you managed to get out when you did - as shortly after the lockdowns started supermarkets began limiting how many people were allowed in the store at any given time - so as a result there were long lines outside waiting to get in and then there was limits on what you could buy other than that thou - PLEASE if your unsure how to pronounce something please ask ---- we dont bite ...... it was grating hearing Weta as Wee ta ..... its pronounced as Wet....A and there were a few others but yeah We honestly dont bite if your unsure

As a technical person, it is wise & far better to use Flow batteries i.e. "Redflow Batteries" of Australia is most ideal. You can discharge the batteries to o.o volts & you will not harm the batteries & also it does not suffer from " thermal run away". Greetings from Madang, Papua New Guinea!

Complete fail. You hard wired lead batteries in parallel. They fight each other. AGM batteries cannot be diluted for better deep cycling. I would be very unnerved, if someone with an electrical engineering degree, started designing and wiring up my battery system like a complete know - nothing.

thank you for the video helped out tremendously very straightforward. I just did my tankless aqua go. It worked perfect first time I’ve ever done it. I’m new to the RV. We’ve had our coach brand new. We purchased a 2022 Newmar Baystar and we got it in December 2020 now we have been in living in the unit for about four months, and we have never had to do the maintenance on the tankless as of yet till today and your video. Thank you again awesome.

I spent the 1k on a 100 amp battle born…it only powered a 12v fridge in my van..with a dc to dc charger for charging…I personally spent the big bucks for peace of mind. I’ve had it for a two years and I’ve never check it.

Here in Norway we dont always need this filter. We dont drink water from the RV tank. Only for washing dishes and shower. We get water container with us with local clean treated water from the home faucet. But spring water is best here in Norway.

Time to take that plandemic mask off…

Or… toss the 2 stroke and buy a 4 stroke.. problem solved 😅
